Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with the exception of made to order items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages
Nicky's Country Crafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Important Notice for Our United States Customers
As of late August 2026, the United States government has implemented emergency Section 338 trade tariffs, applying a mandatory 50% surtax on various Canadian consumer goods, apparel, and textile imports.
Additionally, the previous $800 USD tax-free "de minimis" exemption for shipments entering from Canada has been suspended. As a result, all commercial packages crossing the border must now be assessed for duties.
How this affects your order:

  • Guaranteed Delivery: Your order will ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all customs fees are fully settled with U.S. Customs before arrival, and your package will deliver straight to your door without interruption.
